Our Reserve has lain a good twenty-four months in oak casks.

 

The cellar of 225- and 400-litre barrels of French oak fosters a unique micro-oxidation that affords a notably vinous quality with nice, deep notes of bitter chocolate and roasted coffee.

 

Frederiksdal ‘Reserve' will only become more subtle and refined cellared for many years.
