Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from the Frederiksdal Kirsebærvin Shop.

Age

You must be eighteen or older to buy from the Frederiksdal Kirsebærvin Shop.

Delivery and transport

Ordered products are dispatched within forty-eight hours after receipt of order, provided the order is placed on a weekday. The turnaround time for weekends and holidays is likely to be a little longer.

For purchases inside Denmark, the estimated delivery time is three to five working days from the completion of the order, longer for overseas, depending on the destination. We will notify customers of expected delays immediately.

Shipping costs are adjusted according to the quantity ordered and the shipping address. Our web shop always gives a complete total before the conclusion of the sale.

Returns

The customer has the statutory right to cancel their order without cost; the right to retract the purchase must be exercised within fourteen days from either: a) the day the customer receives the products, or b) the day the customer receives the order confirmation, whichever is the later. It should be noted that the right of cancellation is forfeited if the delivered products are found to have undergone anything other than a normal examination of the kind used to evaluate products in a physical store.

Shipping by post or carrier of the products should be made in time sufficient to meet the deadline. The customer should enclose their order number or copy of their order confirmation. The customer bears the risk that the products do not arrive in the same quantity and condition as when they were received, and are returned at the customer's expense. Products must be returned to:

On valid return of the goods, Frederiksdal Kirsebærvin will return all payments received. Compensation for loss of value may be required if the state of the products is impaired.

Complaints

Frederiksdal Kirsebærvin must be notified by the customer of any errors or defects in products supplied by us as soon as possible after their receipt. For products with limited shelf life, the customer's right to redress is limited by the shelf life Frederiksdal Kirsebærvin has promised.

Disclosure

Purchase orders are kept by the company for five years, according to Danish accounting law. It is not possible to access the completed order through our website. If you wish to receive a new copy of the agreement by email, please send an email to: webshop@frederiksdal.com

Price and payment

All prices listed on the site include VAT. We accept payment by Dankort and international credit cards; money is deducted only when products are shipped.

Privacy

Customer's personal information is not shared with any third party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes must be settled in court at Nykøbing Falster under Danish law.
