3 cl Frederiksdal Kirsebærlikør
3 cl Fresh lemonjuice
1,5 cl Sugar-syrup
From the family of sour cocktails, Kasper Riewe Henriksen, owner of Duck and Cover – and one of Denmarks best competition bartenders, introduce a Fizz with our Kirsebærlikør. Shaked with egg white you will have it with high foam.
HOW TO BLEND
Put all ingrediens, except from Sparkling Water, in a cocktailshaker and shake for 10 sec. Ad ice and shake again for 10 sec. Strain the drink in to a high glas and top up with icecubes.
