4 chicken breasts split into 4-5 pieces each
12 coarsely chopped shallots
250 g mushrooms cut in quarters
1 leek cut in half rings
½ dl Frederiksdal Hvid - apple fino
50 g almonds
2 apples cut in pieces
1 dl whipped cream
25 g butter
salt and pepper
Find a large wide pot. Roast the shallots in butter, the shallots must not take color. Add mushrooms, leeks and apple fino. Let it steam for a few minutes under the lid and add almonds, chicken, cream and apple pieces. Add salt and pepper.
Let it boil without lid so the liquid can boil a little. Stir in it regularly. When the meat is firm and has changed color, the dish is finished. Serve it with salad and Frederiksdal Hvid – Æble fino
