SPICY SAUTÉED BEEF
500 g of beef in strips
500 g mixed vegetables: chinese cabbage, carrot, leeks, onions, mushrooms
marinade mixed with: ½ dl Frederiksdal 2015, 2 tablespoons of honey, lime juice, 1-2 chopped chilli, 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger, 2 teaspoon garlic and ½ dl soy.
400 g of soaked glass noodles (soaked weight)
mint / coriander
Roast the meat in oil on a very hot pan. Take it off. Roast the vegetables in oil, add marinade and let it boil. Add meat and noodles and turn it gently around. Finally decorate with herbs on top.
